Navigation Buttons
This is the help button. Use it to get context sensitive help whenever you need it.
This is the home button. Use it to return to the index and table of contents pages.
This is the previous button. Use it to go to the previous page in the current section.
This is the next button. Use it to go to the next page in the current section.
Dimmed buttons indicate that there are no more pages available.
Blue arrowheads separate navigation links near the top of each page.
Other Buttons and Icons
This is the plus icon. It marks procedures that are performed only when an abnormality is suspected.
This is the pearl icon. It marks helpful information "pearls" related to the topic you are currently viewing.
This is the info button. Use it to access additional information related to the topic you are currently viewing.
This is the info icon. It indicates that the page you are viewing contains additional information and is outside of the main sequence of pages.
This is the pediatrics button. It indicates additional information related to pediatrics is available, either within the page you are currently viewing or via link to a page outside the main sequence of pages.
This is the pediatrics icon. It indicates that the page you are viewing contains additional information related to pediatrics and is outside of the main sequence of pages.
